Intake Procedure

Step 1: Fill Out the Intake Form
This short form (also found at the bottom of this page) helps me learn about your pet and the services you’re looking for.

Step 2: Meet-and-Greet
Once your form is submitted, I’ll contact you to schedule a free, no-obligation meet-and-greet. This gives your pet a chance to sniff me out and lets us talk through details together.

Step 3: Create Your Account
After the meet-and-greet, you’ll receive an email link to set up your Time to Pet account, where you can add pets, emergency contacts, and care notes.

Step 4: Start Booking
Use the Time to Pet website or app 24/7 to request services, make payments, view walk reports, review policies, and message directly.
